Evidence selection
This site prefers primary literature, trial registries, regulator pages, consensus statements of professional societies, and official research announcements of institutions and sponsors. Case reports and pharmacovigilance analyses are included where they are the best available evidence on a question — and are labelled as what they are. News analysis is labelled as news analysis, never as research.
Use of primary sources
Every reference in the research library is verified against its canonical record — title, authors, journal, identifiers — before it is cited, and each record states what the study supports and what it does not show. The “last evidence search” date displayed on each page changes only when the references have genuinely been rechecked, never as a cosmetic refresh.
Established findings versus Panacea hypotheses
Published findings and Panacea hypotheses are never blended. Where the site presents an engineering objective — the dual-layer architecture, the P-EARLs reconciliation role, the weekly thiamine concept — it is presented as an objective under evaluation, with the measurements that would decide it named beside it. Corrections
